James Grillo formed the Cricket Group in 2005 and serves as its President and CEO.  He has been an advisor for an independent research company and has worked with over 40 investment groups on their media and internet holdings in the past twenty years. Jim has over thirty years of experience in marketing communications products and services, program development and negotiations, mergers and acquisitions and operations in cable television, internet and wireless, most recently in Brazil, Puerto Rico, Portugal, Spain and Singapore.  Principals are semi-fluent in Portuguese.

The Cricket Group has an extensive network of sub-contractors that can be drawn upon when additional expertise is required. These include disciplines like IT, Billing and Back Office, Engineering, Finance and Accounting, Legal, Human Resources, Electronic Media and Internet Content.
